"Our vision at Waters Edge is to create a lakeside development that is like no other in Central Alberta, and to celebrate lakeside living like never before! We knew that the lake would appeal to a broader range of people if we could package the experience differently – hassle-free, resort style, lakeside living with the assurance that your investment is protected through a well planned, architecturally controlled, gated community."
Each home at The Estates at Waters Edge is custom designed by Rick Arndt. The unique aspects of each lot celebrate the south-facing lake views.
