What is included in my purchase?

Your purchase includes a lot, a residence, a storage stall in storage yard, paved driveway, parking pad (garage is optional), landscaping, a movable fire pit, exposed aggregate sidewalks, trusted 10 Year Homepro Warranty, as well as access to clubhouse and all other site amenities.

Are there lakefront lots available?

Phase 2 lakefront lots are now available! Also keep in mind that our Lakeside and Lakeview lots all have access to the lake as well!

Are there monthly condo fees?

Yes, the condo fees are approximately $120.00 per month. This may be adjusted upon completion of construction, and will be determined by the condo corporation and will be based on operating expenses. The condo fees cover water, sewage and maintenance of all the common areas.

Is there a show home available for viewing?

Yes, the show home and site are open Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays from 12-5pm. Or please contact us at 1-877-405-1105 to arrange for an appointment.

What kind of water services the homes?

The water is treated in an on-site water treatment plant, which is operated by a licensed operator, and is included in the condo fees.

Are there piers, boat slips, or a boat launch?

We have a maintained on-site boat launch and marina, with pier and boat slips available for the use of residents.

What is the boat slip cost?

The cost to rent a boat slip is $400 per season.

Are there any animal restrictions?

In consideration of other residents, all animals must be on a leash.

Can non-residents use The Estates at Waters Edge amenities?

No, on-site amenities are for use of the residents and their guests only. The property is secure and gated to ensure protection of our residents.

What commercial services and amenities are available nearby?

We are located at the town of Gunn where residents have convenient access to a grocery store, liquor store, gas station, restaurant and car wash. Located a short drive away is Alberta Beach where commercial services include grocery and liquor stores, restaurants and cafes, gas stations, public library, golf course and an array of other establishments.
