At Waters Edge, we know that schedules vary from buyer to buyer, so we’ve provided multiple options to accommodate different timelines.

Purchase a lot and a custom home completely finished and landscaped with turn key possession (approximately 24 weeks) OR purchase a lot and take up to two full years to build your new home.
